What our customers say about Global Knowledge...

Vodafone Business Services has partnered with Global Knowledge to create a suite of technology e-learning courses to support our sales and services work force as they prepare to sell more complex, converged solutions to our customers. The team at Global Knowledge has made every effort to understand the strategy that underpins our need for this training and we feel that they have worked effectively to ensure all of our requirements have been met. Global Knowledge has a strong project management office and this provides me with a great deal of confidence when it comes to hitting deliverable deadlines and payment milestones. We are looking forward to continuing to work with Global Knowledge over the next few months as we look to deliver their output across Europe.
Emma Rowett – Head of Capability VBS

As part of Vodafone’s strategy to become a provider of Total Communications, we have a requirement to ensure that all of our customer facing staff are able to build on their awareness of all things mobile and get to grips with the fixed voice and data worlds. With much of the required content not presently available in our in-house online catalogue, I was looking for a reputable provider of technology expertise, and Global Knowledge certainly fit this description. What they were able to do that really added value, however, was to provide the desired content in a way that was engaging and captivating for learners at various levels of the business. They were also able to provide the content in a way that would facilitate use across global operating companies, increasing the value for money exponentially. Overall, I am very glad to have found Global Knowledge as a provider of online solutions, and am looking forward to engaging with them again on future projects.

  • SQL Server 2008 - M6231. March 2010
I just wanted to send you a brief note to say thank you for the excellent training I received on the course I attended last week (SQL Server 2008 - M6231). In particular I would like to note that the quality of the trainer, Lawrence Freeman, was outstanding. Lawrence was extremely knowledgeable and introduced each topic clearly and logically. He created a comfortable learning environment, encouraging questions and providing valuable real-world examples. The course itself was also well paced and provided a good coverage of the topic both in breadth and depth.
I am very much looking forward to attending the SQL Server 2008 SSAS course in April and will be recommending Global Knowledge to colleagues for any future training.

Many thanks for all your assistance in facilitating my attendance at these courses
